Near-term auth

1. Public / no-auth for community + travel reads — shipped (see Auth)
2. Member personal tokens (hovmcp_…, resolveMemberPrincipal) — shipped. A valid token reads only that Discord-linked member. Any other non-empty bearer returns 401 and does not fall back to the public principal.
3. Rate limits for member traffic — not shipped

Phase 3 ideas

• ask_vibe, find_builders, showcase submit
• Lounge presence (whos_live) if prioritized

Explicitly not claimed

• The Phase 3 tools above are not live
• search_stay_packages does not invent national coverage when inventory is thin — honesty envelope only
• Full OTA booking is not an MCP surface
